About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Officer - Loans, Customer Relations & Collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end loan processing, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and effectively managing collections and recovery processes. This is a field and office-based role ideal for someone who understands financial services and has a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: A. Loan Processing 1. Assist in loan application intake, verification, and documentation 2. Conduct credit analysis and eligibility checks as per company policies 3. Coordinate with internal teams for disbursal and post-disbursal documentation 4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines B. Customer Relationship Management 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle 2. Provide timely updates on application status, EMIs, and other customer queries 3. Resolve complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction 4. Educate customers about product features, repayment terms, and digital platforms C. Collections & Recovery 1. Monitor EMI payment schedules and identify overdue accounts 2. Initiate contact with delinquent customers through calls, visits, or notices 3. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in line with company policies 4. Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups 5. Coordinate with legal/recovery teams for escalated cases Note: Working Conditions: Full-time role with fieldwork component. Office-based with travel to customer locations for collections and relationship management.
