Qualifications required for this role include: - Any degree. - 1 to 10 years of international voice process experience. - Excellent English communication skills. - Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and typing speed. - Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) at the Trivandrum office location. - Preference for immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or nearby locations.
