You will be responsible for providing customer relations services at Tata EV and PV service centers in Kannur. Your main responsibilities will include: - Interacting with customers to address their queries and concerns - Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient services - Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service - Valid driving licence - Proficiency in English language Please note that this is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kerala, and you will be required to work in person at the service centers.,
