Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback. 2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal design, sales, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and executed. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to meet client expectations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. 3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. 4. Customer Satisfaction: Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. Gather feedback from clients and analyze satisfaction levels to identify trends and areas of improvement. Resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, communication history, and project details, in the CRM system. Analyze client data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
