Job Description

As the Customer Service and Sales Manager for this Real Estate project, your responsibilities will include: - Resolving customer queries promptly to ensure first-time resolution and maintain strong client relationships. - Managing the client servicing team to deliver post-purchase services effectively. - Overseeing customer care activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to achieve customer satisfaction. - Keeping records of Agreement to Sell (ATS) and sales deeds accurately. - Generating and analyzing MIS reports such as outstanding & collection reports, maintenance reports, and other relevant reports. - Compiling and escalating case histories for disputed or defaulter cases to higher management for resolution. - Liaising with financial organizations to facilitate customer service and preparing necessary documentation for financing. - Prior Real Estate experience is required for this role. In addition to the above responsibilities, the company operates on a full-time basis and requires candidates with a minimum of 6 years of total work experience.
