Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Automobile

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Yamaha, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will act as the main point of contact for all post-sales service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve implementing CRM software to keep customer records up-to-date and analyzing customer data to identify trends for improving customer engagement and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and execute customer loyalty programs to increase retention and brand affinity - Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to enhance the customer journey - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-purchase for service reminders, feedback collection, and product upgrades - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in handling customer data and communications - Train dealership CRM executives and monitor their performance - Prepare and present periodic CRM reports and performance analytics to management Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in Yamaha automobile industry - Proficiency in English language - Work location is in person In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as part of the benefits package, you will be entitled to cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
