Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to hotel, catering, and banquet products (e.g., chafing dishes, banquet chairs, serving counters, etc.).
Maintain and update client database and project follow-up status.
Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
Provide product-related information, quotations, and follow-up with clients.
Support the sales team by preparing documentation, follow-ups, and reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and service support.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or service issues effectively.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (Hospitality background preferred).
2–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or inside sales.
Knowledge of hotel and banquet products is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command over MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
