Job Profile – Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between customers and the company from pre-sale to post-possession.
  • Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into site visits.
  • Guide clients through the sales process including documentation, payment schedule, and legal formalities.
  • Regularly update clients on project status, possession timelines, and post-sale services.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high satisfaction rate.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service or relationship management (preferably in real estate).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
