Job Profile – Customer Relationship Executive Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between customers and the company from pre-sale to post-possession. Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into site visits. Guide clients through the sales process including documentation, payment schedule, and legal formalities. Regularly update clients on project status, possession timelines, and post-sale services. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high satisfaction rate. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in customer service or relationship management (preferably in real estate). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
