Customer Insights: Conduct outbound calls to Truemeds customers to complete various feedback and satisfaction surveys. Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and behavior to identify opportunities for product or service improvement. Segment target audiences and develop customer profiles.
Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market conditions, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Utilize surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methodologies to collect relevant data.
Market Trend Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business strategies. Monitor and forecast market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Competitive Analysis: Research and evaluate competitors' products, pricing, and market positioning. Provide recommendations to enhance our competitive edge.
