Job Overview

Lord Krishna Builders is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Trainee to support our customer service and post-sales coordination activities. This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn customer relationship management in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship & Communication

• Assist in providing professional support to customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
• Support regular customer updates regarding project progress, timelines, and requirements.
• Help handle customer enquiries and escalate issues to seniors when required.

2. Payment Follow-up (Support Role)

• Assist in following up with customers for pending or upcoming payments under guidance.
• Communicate payment reminders clearly and politely.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment status updates.

3. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments such as sales, accounts, and site teams.
• Track customer requests and follow up with departments until resolution.

4. Loan Processing Assistance

• Support customers with basic loan-related enquiries and document collection.
• Assist in coordinating with banks and financial institutions for loan follow-ups.

5. Documentation Support

• Collect and organize customer documents as per company requirements.
• Verify basic completeness of submitted documents.
• Maintain proper digital and physical records.

6. Customer Feedback & Testimonial Collection

• Assist in collecting customer testimonials after service or handover.
• Encourage customers to share feedback to improve service quality.

7. Enquiry Handling & Additional Support

• Assist in handling new customer enquiries and recording details accurately.
• Identify additional customer requirements and inform the concerned teams.

Eligibility & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management / Communication preferred).
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior experience in customer service or real estate will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of customer handling and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
• Friendly attitude with a customer-first mindset.
