Customer Relationship Executive

Rainbow International Schools, Thane, is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (Admissions) to manage admission enquiries across our school branches. This role is best suited for female candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission enquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Counsel parents on school programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.
• Align and coordinate parent walk-ins to relevant school branches.
• Regular follow-ups with prospective parents to close admissions.
• Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and enquiry conversion targets.
• Ensure a warm, professional experience for parents at all touchpoints.

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented role.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
