Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Coordinator to manage customer interactions, support sales conversions, and coordinate follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads)
• Coordinate sales conversations and assist in closing leads
• Support customers with information on pets, processes, and next steps
• Maintain follow-ups, customer records, and basic reporting
• Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams
• Ensure a positive, professional customer experience at all touchpoints

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing or sales coordination roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with follow-ups and basic sales conversations
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Genuine interest in pets and customer service
• Comfortable with pets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Friends Colony, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
