Customer Relationship Executive - Male Candidates Only

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Male Candidates Only
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
Company: Shri Krish Housing and Properties Pvt. Ltd. (Real Estate)
Experience: 2–4 years (Real Estate experience preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (fixed based on performance; apply only if the salary range suits you)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer follow-ups related to payments, documentation, and registrations.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments – Sales, Legal, and Accounts.
• Address and resolve client queries with a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Update and maintain client records and reports systematically.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi will be an added advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidate must be male and comfortable working from office (T. Nagar).
