Customer Relationship Executive

A leading rapidly growing Solar Multistate EPC vendor in Kerala and Tamil Nadu seeking smart and energetic experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for our Kochi Head Office Solar Division QUALIFICATION - Any degree Computer Knowledge -MS Office,Excel , PPT,Any Billing software Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints related to material service quality. Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, emails, and in-person requests. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on complaints, provide updates, and inquire about satisfaction. Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments, politely and professionally requesting payment. Handle inbound calls from customers regarding payments, providing payment options and answering questions. Log all call details accurately.
