Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Retail-Cloth/Jwellery)

Location: Kothapet in Swarnakanchi store

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and charming Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. The executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide detailed product information, recommend items, and upsell when appropriate.
  • Assist customers with product returns and exchanges following store policies.
  • Handle customer phone calls and emails, responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Telugu, English & Hindi(manageable)
  • Customer Service Focused: Proven ability to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Good Appearance and Presentation: Should be presentable and have a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to resolve customer issues in a calm and effective manner.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple customer requests and tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic Knowledge of Store Products: Understanding of South Indian products to assist customers effectively.

Salary- 20K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
