Job Description

To receive Guests calls in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times • Ensure all Guest and vehicle details are updated on the DMS • Ensure that there is sufficient work loaded each day, by booking appointments to fill up the available hours, using the scheduling system • Provide clear detail of the upcoming appointment • Provide a clear explanation of the Guest concerns • Document and follow up on any issues • Ability to manage Guest expectations • Advise Guests of the arrival time for their booking • Proactive when dealing with Guests and staff

  • Enjoy working in a team and dealing with people • Ability to show genuine care and empathy • Positive and friendly attitude • Well organised • Outstanding ability to follow up on issues in a timely manner • High attention to detail • Problem solver • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Brand ambassador • Computer literacy • Good listener

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
