We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and retention. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure prompt resolution of issues
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through personalized interactions and proactive engagement.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy, taking ownership of problems and ensuring timely resolution to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Educate customers about products, services, features, and best practices to maximize their usage and satisfaction. Provide training sessions, tutorials, or resources as needed.

Qualifications

• Any degree Prefered
• 1-3 years experience candidates are most preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
