Customer Relationship Executive (Female Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Provide accurate product/service information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
• Support sales/marketing campaigns by engaging with customers and promoting new offerings.
• Prepare and share regular customer feedback reports with management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
