Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle new vehicle registration, temporary permits (TP), customer follow-up calls, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle new vehicle registration process including document collection, RTO coordination, and status follow-up.
• Manage Temporary Permit (TP) issuance and update customers accordingly.
• Perform customer follow-up calls post-sale for feedback, delivery confirmation, and service reminders.
• Assist walk-in customers with delivery documentation and basic orientation.
• Coordinate between sales, accounts, and RTO departments to ensure timely completion of all customer-related processes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of RTO process and vehicle registration preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure smooth and professional communication with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Assist in preparing delivery kits, invoices, and registration-related documents.
• Support front office duties when required.
