Position: Customer Relations & Online Sales Executive

CTC: ₹2 L.P.A – ₹3 L.P.A
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate
Job Summary:
anantam is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relations & Online Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on engaging with clients across digital platforms and in-store, building strong relationships, and supporting the growth of our multi-designer fashion store. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering personalized styling and shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and website inquiries.
· Assist clients in selecting products and offer styling advice to meet their needs.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
· Track and follow up on customer interactions to maximize sales and satisfaction.
· Stay updated on fashion trends, client preferences, and competitor offerings.
· Support in-store clients and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· Freshers are welcome; must be proactive, eager to learn, and take initiative.
· Comfortable using social media and online communication tools.
· Enjoy interacting with customers and building long-term relationships.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of CRM tools or digital marketing is a plus.
· Passion for fashion and styling is preferred.
