Customer Relations manager

As an Academic Support Executive at Ecoholics, your role will involve addressing and resolving academic-related queries from students and customers with professionalism and efficiency. You will provide personalized mentoring and guidance to help students excel in their studies, engaging with them on social media to foster a supportive learning community. Your responsibilities will also include managing general inquiries, coordinating with faculty and internal teams, maintaining accurate records of student interactions and feedback, and creating FAQs and knowledge base articles for streamlined support. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to students for follow-ups to ensure they are on the right learning track. Key Responsibilities: - Address and resolve academic-related queries with professionalism - Provide personalized mentoring and guidance to students - Engage with students on social media and foster a supportive learning community - Manage general inquiries and administrative tasks related to student support - Coordinate with faculty and internal teams for smooth resolution of student concerns - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback - Assist in creating FAQs and knowledge base articles - Proactively reach out to students for follow-ups Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a student-first mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Empathetic and patient approach to dealing with student concerns - Familiarity with CRM tools, chat support, and social media engagement is a plus - Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' academic journeys Please note that the job type is Full Time (ON-SITE) located in BHOPAL (M.P) with a salary of up to 25k.
