Customer Relations Executive

Job Title: Customer Relations Executive - Female Preferred Location: Mall of India (Noida) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive brand experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, maintaining service standards, and supporting business retention and growth. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience. Handle all customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. Coordinate with the sales and billing team to ensure smooth transactions and service delivery. Maintain proper records of customer feedback, alterations, special requests, and follow-ups. Resolve issues related to exchanges, returns, and after-sales service as per company policies. Manage and update customer databases and loyalty programs. Assist in customer engagement initiatives, events, and festive promotions. Maintain a high standard of grooming, etiquette, and service in line with Meena Bazaar’s brand image Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Retail preferred). 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or fashion industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible shifts. Preferred Attributes: Polite and professional demeanor. Multilingual ability (Hindi, English, regional language is a plus). Experience in ethnic wear or luxury retail will be an advantage.
