Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – Voice Process

Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Lead Generation Executives for our voice process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, identifying qualified leads, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads.

Explain products/services and build interest among prospects.

Identify customer needs and provide suitable information.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.

0–3 years of experience in lead generation/telecalling/voice process (freshers can apply).

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
