Job Description – Customer Relation Executive

Position: Customer Relation Executive

Location: Lucknow

Salary: As per industry standards

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Relation Executive who has strong communication skills and can contribute to customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and prospects.
Explain products/services and build interest among potential customers.
Maintain customer database and update CRM/system regularly.
Resolve queries of customers with professionalism.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude while communicating.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation (any stream) – Mandatory
Experience: Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Proficiency in English communication (must be good in English).
Basic computer/system knowledge is required.
Good listening, convincing & problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
