Customer Relation Executive - MALE(FRESHERS)

We are looking for a CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE for our customer care team.

Trivandrum Native and male candidates are preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer handling/front office/Receptionist/customer care.

·Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and messages with a positive attitude.
• Assist customers by providing detailed information about products/services.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
