Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining good relations with existing clients by addressing any issues they may have and keeping them informed about the latest solutions that our company offers. In addition, you will be required to make visits to existing clients for courtesy calls. It will be your duty to maintain a proper database of prospects and existing clients, ensuring that all information is updated in the CRM system on a daily basis. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shift hours. The ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. Proficiency in English is preferred. The work location for this position is in person, requiring regular interactions with clients and team members.,
