Customer Relation Executive (Female)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our waterproofing products and services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling:

Make calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s waterproofing products and services.

• Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and basic marketing initiatives.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, addressing their needs effectively.

• Product Knowledge:

Understand and communicate the features and benefits of the company’s waterproofing solutions.

• Sales Pitch:

Deliver effective sales presentations to promote company offerings and close deals.

• Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with leads to guide them through the sales process.

• Appointment Setting:

Arrange meetings between potential clients and the sales team.

• Data Entry & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups. Generate weekly/monthly reports.

• Customer Service:

Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and goals.

• Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.

• Meeting Targets:

Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and communication targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling
• Proficient in Malayalam, English, and at least one of the following: Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and target-oriented approach
• Only female candidates, aged up to 27 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
