Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (CRE)
Job Description:
The Customer Relation Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and converting inquiries into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and follow-ups.
Convert leads into sales by explaining products/services and closing deals.
Maintain daily follow-up reports.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a strong sales approach.
Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and sales techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
