Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with prospective and existing students, providing them with guidance, and ensuring a smooth admission and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Provide accurate information about our UG & PG courses and admission procedures
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records
• Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process
• Maintain student database and update CRM systems
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Coordinate with the main office in Dubai for updates and approvals
• Resolve student concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or front office roles
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach
• Experience in the education sector is an added advantage
