Job Description

As a Customer Fabric Complaint Handler at General Group in Surat, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving customer complaints related to fabric quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving and documenting customer complaints regarding fabric quality. - Investigating complaints by examining fabric samples, production records, and other relevant information. - Communicating with customers to gather additional information and provide updates on complaint status. - Determining the root cause of fabric defects and implementing corrective actions. - Coordinating with production, quality control, and other departments to resolve issues. - Preparing reports on complaint trends and analysis. - Ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in fabric quality control or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of fabric manufacturing processes, fabric properties, and defects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and identify trends. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
