Customer Fabric Complaint Handler

As a Customer Fabric Complaint Handler at General Group, your role will involve managing and resolving customer complaints related to fabric quality and issues. You will be responsible for receiving and documenting customer complaints, investigating issues by examining fabric samples and production records, and communicating with customers to provide updates on complaint status. Your main responsibilities will include determining the root cause of fabric defects, coordinating with different departments to resolve issues, preparing reports on complaint trends, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and document customer complaints regarding fabric quality. - Investigate complaints by examining fabric samples, production records, and other relevant information. - Communicate with customers to gather additional information and provide updates on complaint status. - Determine the root cause of fabric defects and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments to resolve issues. - Prepare reports on complaint trends and analysis. - Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in fabric quality control or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of fabric manufacturing processes, fabric properties, and defects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and identify trends. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
