Job Summary

You will play a crucial role in ensuring clients have a stress-free, smooth, and enjoyable travel experience. As their main point of contact during travel, you will provide proactive communication, issue resolution, and on-ground support coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Trip Communication

  – Be the primary contact for travellers, proactively checking in.

• Problem Resolution

  – Solve issues swiftly with cross-team coordination.

• Destination Knowledge

  – Help customers with local tips, attractions & experiences.

• Emergency Handling

  – Assist travellers promptly during unexpected situations.

• Client Satisfaction

  – Track feedback and elevate their experience.

• Logistics Coordination

  – Support with transport, stay, activity bookings, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  0 to 2 years

• Great spoken & written communication
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Calm under pressure
• Able to understand, assess & act quickly
• Open to
