Core Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues across multiple channels (social media, email, calls, and in-person), building rapport and trust.

• Use critical thinking and empathy to resolve complaints thoughtfully and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• Identify and pursue potential sales leads from customer interactions, proactively recommend relevant products, and support upselling or cross-selling initiatives to drive revenue.

• Monitor, document, and analyze customer reactions acrossonline touch points to understand sentiment, spot trends, and identify sales opportunities.

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and store teams to align on customer feedback, improve brand experience, and convert insights into actionable sales strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales leads, providing regular reports and insights to inform business decisions.
