Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Executive to be part of our growing team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring they have a delightful Dohful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about Dohful products, orders, and services.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite is a plus.
