Customer Engagement - Executive

• Handling customer queries(calls/tickets)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with customers and internal teams
• Address customer complaints, concerns, or issues in a professional, empathetic manner and work towards resolving them quickly.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional even in challenging situations.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple inquiries or tasks at once without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with real estate terms, processes, and regulations (knowledge of local market trends and property types is a plus)
• Ability to learn and keep up with changes in real estate laws, policies, and industry standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Sales force, SAP is a plus
