• Act as a primary representative of the company at events, trade shows, and community functions, communicating brand values and products effectively.
• Engage with customers through various channels to build relationships and loyalty.
• Provide assistance with product or service inquiries and help resolve customer issues promptly.
• Promote brand loyalty programs and customer incentives.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve engagement strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and activities.
• Monitor social media and other platforms for customer engagement opportunities and brand mentions.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s image during all customer interactions.
