Customer development executive

You will be a key member of our fast-growing SaaS startup dedicated to helping businesses streamline operations and drive customer engagement through our innovative platform. As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and assistance. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer queries through email, phone, and chat channels promptly and professionally. You will guide users on product features, usage, and troubleshooting, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Tech, and Sales will be essential to address complex issues effectively. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system will be part of your routine, as well as assisting in onboarding new clients and providing product demos. You will also play a crucial role in gathering customer feedback to contribute to product enhancement and support process improvement. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of prior experience in customer support, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are a must, along with a solid understanding of SaaS products and user support workflows.
