Role Description

This is a full-time Part time, Office work Dealing role located in Kharar. The role involves engaging with customers to understand and resolve their inquiries, addressing their support needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide Customer Support
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for resolving customer queries
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt and maintain professionalism in a dynamic, customer-facing role
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
