Customer Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst with proficiency in Tableau, PowerPoint, and data visualization. Candidates with experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industries will have an advantage. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in refining, scaling, and automating business case and ROI modeling processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting data-driven decision-making by analyzing and presenting insights that steer business strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, refine, and automate business case and ROI models to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Create, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards for reporting and data visualization purposes. - Analyze transportation data to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for process enhancement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align analysis with business objectives. - Prepare impactful presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings, trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders. - Identify data discrepancies, implement quality control measures, and suggest system or process improvements. - Support strategic initiatives by providing detailed data analysis and forecasting models. - Continuously assess and scale analytics solutions to meet changing business requirements. - Stay abreast of best practices in data analytics, visualization, and transportation operations. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Transportation Management, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a data analyst or related role with demonstrated expertise in Tableau and PowerPoint. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (including VBA and macros), data modeling tools (SQL, etc.), strong knowledge of Tableau, and familiarity with automation tools and frameworks. - Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in cost analysis, logistics, or supply chain optimization. - Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling. - Familiarity with transportation planning or fleet management software.,
