About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic, fresh graduates who are comfortable with English communication and excited about technology and helping people. As a Technical Support Engineer at Cuzorlabs, you’ll support our customers, solve real-world tech issues, and learn on the job from experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand and resolve their issues. Troubleshoot basic technical problems related to our products (e.g., connectivity, battery optimisation, router settings, usage queries). Guide customers step-by-step with clear and simple explanations. Log issues, solutions, and feedback in our systems. Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Who Can Apply Any graduate (freshers welcome). Fluent in English (spoken and written). Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and basic tech. Good listener with empathy and patience while dealing with customers. Curious, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in tech support/customer success.
