Job Title: Customer Co-ordinator

Experience: 0–3 years

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Co-ordinator to handle customer support and assist with general office administration. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and daily office operations.

Requirements:.

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service or administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Note: Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
