Customer Chat Support Executive

You are invited to join our team as a Customer Care Executive for an international process. This position is based in Jaipur and we are looking for individuals who are either Undergraduate or Graduate, possessing excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The salary offered for this role goes up to 35K CTC. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer complaints effectively by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits. It will be crucial to follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved satisfactorily. In this role, you will be expected to address customer concerns and provide them with easy-to-understand solutions. Candidates from all across India are welcome to apply for this position.
