Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with digital banking services such as mobile banking, net banking, and online transactions.
Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines.
Educate customers about digital banking features, safety measures, and new offerings.
Maintain call logs and ensure customer satisfaction.
13 years of experience in customer care, preferably in banking or digital banking.
Strong communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable).
Knowledge of banking products, digital channels, and basic financial terminology.
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
Graduate (any stream) banking certification is an added advantage.
