Customer Care Trainee

Role Overview: You will be joining Monotype Solutions India, a strategic center of excellence for Monotype, a company known for bringing brands to life through type and technology. As part of this fast-growing center, you will be responsible for responding and assisting in all aspects of customer needs, such as finding, purchasing, downloading, installing, and implementing products, along with order correction or modification. Key Responsibilities: - Work with corporate customers and stakeholders to establish invoice accounts, process purchase orders, and manage invoicing. - Engage in client onboarding, including SSO setup and enterprise integration. - Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement API workflows. - Communicate with the development team and finance team regarding common customer questions and work with other departments to maintain product integrity. Escalate support and feature enhancement requests as needed. - Conduct UAT, document, and contribute to product briefs and internal tools. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including Cloudflare, AWS console, and IAM- Identity and Access management. - Proficiency in Mongo DB and MySQL. - Understanding of HTML5 and CSS. - Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac text applications such as MSOffice and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, both supervised and unsupervised, and work within time targets. - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team or individually, organizing workload to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to requests for help or information. - Good typing skills in English. - Willingness to work in Australia, UK, and India shifts on a rotational basis, including weekends and holidays.,
