Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Support / Call Executive to join our team at Urmila IVF, Bhagalpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing appointments, providing accurate information, and ensuring a warm and supportive communication experience for all patients and visitors.

This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to compassionate patient care and smooth clinic operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with empathy and clarity.

* Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, timings, and services.

* Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using clinic systems.

* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update databases accordingly.

* Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

* Provide support in patient follow-ups, reminders, and feedback calls.

* Address concerns promptly or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.

* Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

* Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the clinic’s reputation for compassionate care.

* Assist in front desk operations when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

* Prior experience in customer support, call center, hospital front desk, or healthcare environment is an advantage.

* Strong communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus.

* Good telephone etiquette and patient-friendly approach.

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).

* Positive attitude, empathy, and professionalism.
