Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at our company, you will utilize your strong communication, analytical, and process improvement skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention for major clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Regular client communication to build rapport. - Ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes and timely invoicing. - Understand and resolve customer complaints efficiently. - Update and manage customer complaints tracker. - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement. - Track contract renewals for special projects (Pan India). - Manage CRM-related documentation and database. - Train team members on CRM best practices. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Focus on self-development through skill enhancement. Qualification Required: - Strong communication skills. - Analytical mindset. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel. - Interpersonal skills. - Experience in customer relationship management is preferred. Location: Sion, Mumbai. Work Timings: General Shift. Alternate Saturdays off. Sundays fixed off. Compensation: 4-6 LPA.,
