Handling calls, coordination with customer and technical team, Leading demo sessionsetc.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels.Professionally and efficiently handle customer calls, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests.Act as a liaison between customers and the technical support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.Gather detailed information about customer issues and clearly communicate them to the technical team.Follow up with both customers and the technical team to track progress and ensure satisfactory resolution.Coordinate with customers to schedule and conduct engaging product/service demonstration sessions (potentially virtual or in-person).Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations during demo sessions, highlighting key features and benefits.Answer customer questions and address concerns during demo sessions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
