About the Role

HOOQX is seeking a proactive and confident Customer Care Executive to handle communication and support for our international clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in dealing with international customers and possess excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written. The role requires strong interpersonal abilities, patience, and professionalism to deliver top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats with international clients and customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and project updates.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth communication flow.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and feedback is recorded.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international customer service or client communication.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) — strong grammar and clarity required.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in an international BPO or client-handling environment will be an added advantage.

Salary

• INR 12,000 – 20,000 per month (or higher, depending on experience and last drawn salary).
