Job Summary:

Tele-Sales Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
Engage and communicate with potential distributors, retailers, and dermatologists
Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and support
Manage and update CRM systems with sales activities and customer information
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fresher or
experienced in Inside Sales (Executive role) / Excellent Communication
For Team Leaders : 3+ years
of experience for
Team Lead
role
Proficiency in
MS Office
is mandatory
Knowledge of
CRM tools
is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
Ability to work in a
fast-paced
and dynamic environment
Prior experience in the
skincare or cosmetic
industry is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
